Straight answers on billing
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the billing settings in your Gestalts Portal account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. No phone calls, no forms to hunt down.
What happens to our notes if I stop paying?
It stays yours. If you cancel or move back to Starter, you keep the core notes - memories, milestones, journals, and saved moments - and you can export your data whenever you like.
Paid features such as report generation pause, but your saved notes are not taken away.
Is Starter really free forever?
Yes. Starter is not a trial and it does not expire. The core note-saving tools are free for as long as your family wants it. Paid plans exist for families who want more - reports, more child profiles, higher limits - never to unlock your saved notes.
Is the practitioner portal really free?
There is no practitioner charge during the current activation phase. We will communicate any future pricing change before it takes effect.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time from your portal billing settings - start on Starter, step up when the circle grows, and step back down whenever it suits your family.
Do you offer refunds?
If a charge does not feel right or Gestalts is not working for your family, contact us and we will sort it out with you. Nothing in our plans limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
