Building our advisory circle

We're inviting speech pathologists who support gestalt language processors to help shape the tools families use between sessions.

Why it exists

Lived experience, held to a professional standard

We started Gestalts as parents, driven by our own need for support. But lived experience alone isn't enough when families use your tools around a child's communication. That work deserves professional scrutiny.

The advisory circle is how we get it: speech pathologists with experience supporting gestalt language processors, reviewing features, challenging assumptions, and telling us plainly when something misses the mark - before it reaches families.

We're building this circle now, and we'll only name members here once they've genuinely shaped the product. Until then, treat this page as an invitation, not a roster.

The standard

What advisory partners sign up for

Critique, not endorsement

Advisory involvement is never presented as a clinical endorsement of Gestalts, and we don't ask for testimonials. We ask for honest, sometimes uncomfortable, feedback.

Review while it can still change

Advisors see features, copy, and educational content while they're still drafts, so professional input shapes the work instead of rubber-stamping it.

Boundaries stay intact

Gestalts supports the work families do with their own professionals; it never replaces therapy. Advisors help us hold that line in every feature and every sentence.

Respect for your time

Input is asynchronous and light-touch. Your caseload comes first, always.
